April 13, 1975 - The Cow Palace - Daly City, CA

A very rowdy crowd indeed, but they settle down quickly once the music starts playing. At the beginning of the DSotM set, you can hear one guy say, "Now you know how I felt for 20 minutes, man!" after he was asked to sit down and he wouldn't. He sounds so inconsiderate. What an asshole. The crowd during this portion of the recording reminds me of the '77 Miami show and my first thought when I heard it was, "Oh shit, this is going to be a rough one," but things smooth out pretty quickly.

A neat show indeed for it contains a very cool jam at the end of "Have A Cigar". Unfortunately, this jam has a slight fade about half way through it, but this doesn't last long and the sound level returns to "normal" soon afterwards.

This recording does not contain a version of "You Gotta Be Crazy". I'm sure the Pink Floyd played it that evening - it just didn't get on tape or maybe it did, but it's not on my copy. The Floyd do an excellent performance of DSotM. And yes, the sound quality is great - an excellent RoIO imo.
